This blog is the beginning of our welcome to folks far and wide who share our enthusiasm for homestead living, our devotion to our animals, our passion for the beautiful landscape of the Colorado Rockies and our dedication to freedom and Americana!!! In our neck of the woods, we're deeply committed to an "old-school" lifestyle! We've always got SO much going on here at our little mountain homestead, it's difficult to know where to begin, but welcoming folks with generous hospitality has always been a family tradition, so we decided we'd start there!
