All Libre Winds Puppies are placed with limited registration/spay/neuter contract. Do you understand you will be required to have your dog spay/neutered? ______________________(Please answer and initial). 

Libre Winds Australian Shepherds places breeding dogs on a VERY limited basis.  Libre Winds puppies placed as Conformation/Show/Breeding candidates require an additional fee of $500 for breeding rights.  Applicants must be willing to co-own breeding rights with Libre Winds for any intact, breeding dogs with full registration.  Said dogs must undergo a breeding evaluation performed by Libre Winds at 2 years of age and after ALL health testing has been completed (documentation must be provided).  If said dog does not pass inspection at 2 yrs of age, Libre Winds retains full rights to have said dog submitted for spay/neuter and breeding contract will be nullified.
